Welcome to the third segment of Psalm 119 on Build Your Bible Habit. In this passage, we can tell that the Psalmist was going through hard times with various people, especially the proud-hearted. You'll also notice that these problems quickly became prayer requests. We can copy that!
Build Your Bible Habit was launched as a special bonus segment Keep the Heart Podcast in 2022 with Proverbs, and now it includes Psalm 119. A great verse for the week is in Psalm 119:71, which also provides an unusual way to view affliction. We don't normally see it as a good thing, but the Bible shows the benefit.
"It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes."
