In this special episode, I had the great pleasure of meeting Cecilia Borg, a seasoned interim CTO, to talk about the essence of management roles, and if we even need them (spoiler - oh yes!).

We talked about why managers should not have all the answers, why servant leadership is a great approach and how to explicitly define the manager's role in our organization. It was very insightful to see how Cecilia's experience with the scouts has provided her with tools for managing in tech!

We discussed the tools we can use to make our teams healthier, to communicate better and to leave room for innovation & growth during the development cycles.
