Irish 18 Year Olds Encouraged to Apply for Free Interrail Tickets - Hayes

18-year-olds across Europe can apply for a free Interrail pass from today for the summer months. 

"Discover EU" has been launched and is available to 15,000 18-year-old EU citizens. 

140 tickets have been allocated for use by Irish teens.
