When it comes to open houses, the people coming in might be actively searching for homes, or they could just be in the neighborhood, looking around. There are three important things we highlight in this coaching session: discovery, providing value, and follow-up. These three are crucial in forging authentic and long-term relationships with them, whether you can get them to a close or not.
