Mid-Session 13 Dec 2021: ASX thrives on Monday as investor caution fades

Local shares are their best levels of the session at lunch on Monday as investors follow in the footsteps of an upswing for US stocks at the end of last week. Most ASX sectors are higher on Monday led by Property Trusts, Energy and Materials – Consumer Staples stand out with a modest decline.
