Ireland Taking Measures to Facilitate the Ratification of the Istanbul Convention to Combat Violence Against Women -Clune

Ireland is making progress towards ratifying the Istanbul Convention, which aims to combat violence against women and girls globally. 

That's the message from Ireland South MEP, Deirdre Clune. 

It comes after the European Parliament debated the issue, marking the first anniversary of the signing of the convention.
