I know for a fact, that they are probably not factoring in the cost of staying in the job. Whether to stay in a job or not does not just have to be a pure emotional decision nor should you decide to stay purely because you think it pays you enough. When you do the math you might be surprised to discover, that this job is not the best option for you after all. In this episode I teach you how to get the balance right when you make a decision regarding job opportunities. Businesses calculate the opportunity cost of different investment opportunities to find out which opportunity they should fund and which they shouldn't. I applied that principle to the day-to-day decisions we make in terms of how we want to make income.
