This 45 Low Impact, Beginner Strength & Stretch Class was shot on location at the beautiful Sacred Garden Yoga in Marietta, GA. This is a no-equipment class designed to tone your muscles and bring more mobility to your overall body.
This class was designed for complete beginners and for those who are long-distance runners/walkers. For beginners, this class will help strengthen you on your journey and for those who are long-distance runners/walkers, this class will help counter the high impact on your hips and knees by countering the rotation of the femur bone.
It is suggested that you do this practice in the early morning on an empty stomach or directly after your run or walk. But as always, do this class when it is appropriate for you.
