Episode 19: Prayer: PSALM 23: Prayer For Protection: Prayer For Spiritual Warfare

PRAYER: PSALM 23

• Father I come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord I love you, I bless you, I honour you, I praise and I worship you.
• Father there are so many things happening in my life going on right now. I feel anxious but you said that I should come to you if I am weary and burdened, and you will give me rest and to take your yoke upon me and learn from you, for your yoke is easy and your burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30)
• It is also written that you did not give me a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
• So Father I stand in your word and your promises in Psalm 23 for it is written: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.
• He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
• Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
• You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.
• Father I thank you that you are with me in my darkest moments. You are with me when I am weak and your strength is made perfect in it. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
• When I am lost you order my footsteps.(Psalm 37:23)
• You always put me back in alignment with your plans and your will for me.
• You cause me to find favour in the eyes of my enemies.
• You turn the hearts of Kings towards me (Proverbs 21:1). You turn their eyes towards me.
• Father I thank you, Surely goodness and mercy will always follow me.
• I seal my prayer with the blood of Jesus Christ and your word that says whatever I ask for in prayer, if I believe I will receive it, then it is mine (Mark 11:24).
• Everything I have asked for, I do so in the name of Jesus Christ.
