Lorna Lyons is an ex-teacher by profession and has successfully launched two online businesses in the space of two years which allowed her to walk away from her "day job" to work full time in her business.

She holds a First Class Masters in Applied Psychology (Positive Psychology Coaching) and used her Strengths Based Coaching philosophy for her first business, Bump and Beyond Wellness (preparing pregnant women for birth and postpartum).

Through the development of this business, a spark was re-ignited inside her as she discovered a passion for doing something she loved.

Through the development of her courses and programmes for The MumBOSS, she has combined her expertise of 1) coaching mums to enhance their wellness and 2) building a successful online business in order to support other women wanting to have more flexibility to be with their children at home and be financially independent.

Lorna leads a thriving learning & community network for mothers in business. This network combines teaching the exact strategies she used for growing her business successfully online using Instagram. Members also get to participate monthly in expert masterclasses and coaching calls.
