John has been training dogs for 13 years and began his business focused exclusively on dog training but has since expanded to include dog friendly grooming, luxury boarding, and specialty retail. He is a proponent of natural care and nutrition and has many accreditations and tenures including the Behavior Technician for the Lucas County Canine Care and Control and the Behavior Coordinator for the Toledo Area Humane Society. John’s foundation for training dogs is to use supervision and management to prevent unwanted behaviors and then to teach desired behaviors by communicating in ways that dogs understand.
