Ashley Gates Jansen (Drama ’94)

Ashley Gates Jansen (Drama Directing '94/Drama Faculty) We discuss her journey up to joining then NCSA. Riding, Lacrosse, Bernie Sanders & so much more. Graduate of Gerald Freedman's inaugural directing class  in the School of Drama, she was also ordained in 2002 by the Renewal of the Spirit Institute, where she received a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling. In 2006 and 2011, Ashley participated in Byron Katie’s School for the Work. She is married to a great guy, Rob Jansen, and has two wonderful children, Gates and Frances.
