If you’re not gonna do it--stop lying about it.

We create so much unnecessary resistance in ourselves when we say we're going to do things what we know we're not READY, willing, or able to do right now. And lying about what you're gonna do fucks with your self integrity....which damages your self trust. My advice? Just stop.
