Joining Chris and Beverley is special guest Elaine Wilkins, who is a published author and multi-Award winning founder of ‘The Chrysalis Effect’ a Trauma Informed Coaching organization that delivers the first ever: Trauma-informed Recovery Pathway’ for those suffering with multiple symptoms including ME, CFS, fibromyalgia and Long Covid post viral fatigue.

 

Her own 6 year illness left her bedbound with no treatment plan. Her subsequent recovery from chronic fatigue syndrome was the catalyst to her 15 year journey to transform the attitude, approach and accessibility of recovery from fatigue related illnesses.

 

Her work has supported over 5000 people to recover their health, delivered ground-breaking trauma informed accredited courses for therapists and clinicians, building an incredible team of trauma informed recovery specialists.
