Morning Report 3 Oct 22: S&P500 sinks by more than 9% in September

The US sharemarket slumped by 1.5% on Friday, taking the losses for September to 9.3% for the S&P500. All 30 stocks on the Dow Jones lost ground, led by Nike which shed 12.8% after handing down underwhelming quarterly results.
