Market Close 8 Sep 20: ASX 200 rallies to close above 6,000pts

The Aussie market has closed higher for a second successive session with the ASX 200 gaining 63pts or 1.1% to 6,008. Local shares fluctuated throughout the day as heavyweights again contributed most to broader moves. Tech & consumer staples were among the under-performers.
