Wake Up TriCounties Kewanee Salvation Army Epilepsy Support

Do you or someone you know have epilepsy? Epilepsy is a disorder often associated with seizures. It can make the lives of those living with it quite difficult as it alters brain activity and can make some normal tasks appear impossible due to abnormal brain activity caused by the disorder. Epilepsy requires support and understanding and with that in mind, the Kewanee Salvation Army has announced that it will host a series of monthly Epilepsy Support Groups, hosted by Stephanie Harcharik with Streator Unlimited who has created a nationally accredited program that helps people with Epilepsy find support and even find work, something that can be great challenge for those with Epilepsy. The first Epilepsy Support Group at the Kewanee Salvation Army will take place on Thursday, September 22nd, at 6 Pm.
