ABOUT THE GUEST:

In his current role, Hahn is responsible for the company’s learning strategy and people analytics, including leadership development, performance improvement, and talent development. Hahn has more than 15 years of experience in talent development and has led programs that have generated over $2MM in annual impact and attained over 90% rates of behavioral change. He is a former President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and now serves as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters. Hahn holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Marquette University.
