-Being ok with not getting all of the message from spirit right.

- Tools that can help you stop overthinking and to confirm or get a clearer answer from the spirit world.

-Don’t limit yourself and make it harder for yourself by not utilizing the tools available to you.

- Follow your intuition, the peak of interest, the pull towards something that you are meant to do or experience.

- Noticing how your body feels and pay attention to how it feels in different situations has been a big part of learning to listen to my intuition.
