Ego Stupidity and Our Life’s Story – Part Five

This week on It’s Your Ego—Stupid!, Dr. Nick will continue to discuss when, where, and how “ego stupidity” is making its appearance in our life, including the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are intended to help us but are actually doing more harm than good—but we often don’t know it. The kind of harm that over time affects our human and spiritual wellness. The kind of harm that occurs despite our being spiritual, intelligent, and generally healthy human beings.

During the program, I will complete the discussion of the important life challenges we all face including our ability to healthily engage and resolve conflicts, be they with family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, or strangers; as well as, meeting the challenge of experiencing lasting, genuine happiness, which is elusive for the majority of people. This will include discussion of why these are particularly significant life areas, reflections of ego stupidity occurring when we are failing to meet these challenges, and indications of the kinds of ego energy involving power, flexibility, and vulnerability that can undermine our success in meeting these challenges.
