McGuinness welcomes EU commitment to tackle food supply chain

The Fine Gael MEP Mairead McGuinness has welcomed the EU commission’s commitment to tackle unfair trading practices in the food supply chain.  In its work programme for 2017, the commission has stated it will consider further action in this area. The Midlands North-West MEP says it’s important the EU roots out the worst aspects of dominance in the food supply chain.
