Today it's all about Alexander Shmidke! We catch up with him fresh from a trip to the tax office in Saint Petersburg - one of the few places in Russia you can visit without a visa. We're talking cruise tours, manual labour for the unemployed and why no one cares about the Second World War when the Hermitage is on offer.
