The Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will address the European Parliament this morning. His speech follows yesterday’s endorsement by MEPs of the EU-Canada trade deal. One of her fears concerned a special court settlement system that enables investors to sue an EU country if it implements laws that effect its business there.
