In Jesus' parable of the prodigal son, we see several important truths in regards to the human heart and the need for salvation through Jesus Christ. Ultimately, there is only ONE SOLUTION to our wicked, miserable hearts… we need a new one! And a new heart can ONlY come through Jesus Christ! 2 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."
