The topic of hypergrowth is a quite new one, but it very quickly gained popularity because of the challenges that companies have to go through when facing this stage of their development. This solo episode is the first one in a five-episode series, which will focus on ways of successfully going through the phase of hypergrowth of your business. This topic is fairly new for me as well, so I had a lot of fun researching it, and listening to our guests’ tips. Genius leadership podcast is a growing project, so I found it very useful getting to know how to deal with and not get into the traps of hypergrowth before we reached that stage with my team.
