David K. Richards is the podcast host of Changemaker ED"U" who has spent his career working in various roles as a teacher, principal, superintendent, board member, consultant and school founder. Started 10 award winning schools. David’s life mission is to help changemakers usher in new paradigms for learning and leadership. He is the Founder & CEO of Changemaker Microschools, a network of innovative love-based microschools. He also coaches leaders through his Wise Warrior program and podcast, Changemaker ED“U”.

He has worked in education reform for over 25 years as a teacher, principal, and founder of several innovative schools with nationally recognized Summit Public Schools and Growth Public Schools. David has dedicated his life to helping people of all ages connect with the powerful leader within themselves. David lives in Sacramento, CA with his wife and two children. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MA from Stanford University.
