Season 3 Episode 3 - Self love and community

In the spirit of Valentine's Day, this episode of You’ve Got This! is all about prioritising self-love and the importance of finding community. Our special guests this episode were Via and Vaishna from the University of Leeds Feminist Society! We got to chat all about the value of friendship, self love and decentring validation from romantic relationships during this loved up time of year.
