Welcome to part two of our conversation with Petr Buzyan, campus pastor at Elevation Church in Orlando, Florida. Petr shares the challenges of starting a new church and the internal fears and insecurities that come with it. He emphasises the importance of focusing on what is in your hand and maximizing it rather than constantly fantasising about what you don't have.

We also discuss the value of equipping the church members for the work of the ministry and prioritising people over systems and structures. Lastly, we talk about the importance of reminding ourselves that God has chosen us and has equipped us with what we need for the present moment.
