Steve Cadigan is a self-confessed “recovering HR executive”. He was LinkedIn's first Chief HR Officer and has been in the field of talent for over 35 years. He wrote ‘Workquake’ against a backdrop of increasingly dissatisfied and unhappy workers. People were tired of the old model of work and wanted change.
