• Not much rain expected from eastern Ukraine ot western Kazakhstan this week, despite a few showers
• India's rainfall is expected to be erratic with the inter south wettest this week
• temperatures will remain very warm to hot in the north half of India including the middle Ganges River Basin
• Western Australia and Victoria will get some rain this week
• Europe's wet weather is expected to break down this week
• Florida will get some needed rain later this week with some heavy rain possible in the far south including some sugarcane and southern citrus areas
• U.S. Midwest, Delta and interior southeastern states will be dry biased for a while
• West Texas rain is expected early this week
• South Texas will continue dry
• Thailand is unlikely to see much rain stressing rice, sugarcane and corn
