Animated Art has started to see a shift in mindset. When sleep doesn't happen he goes "meeh, I'll be ok" and then sleep happens! Mary has started having trouble sleeping after the lockdown. She has a see-saw sleep pattern and takes melatonin at times. What should she think about? Nancy didn't want to take medications and has 6 excellent questions about CBT, including whether one can get sick from accumulated sleep debt? Alakh is doing better but has many negative thoughts during the day, how can one work on those? Navinder is considering a 4 hour sleep window. How would he expand it? Omar is supposed to be up by 7 am but often sleeps until 7:30, is this a problem?
