The Great MSP Reset
Recently, at the MSPAlliance Inspire meeting, I witnessed something I've never seen before, something I'm now calling the "great MSP reset." This reset is an accumulation of several different things happening at roughly the same time and I think it bodes well for the future of the managed services profession.
Here's what I witnessed.
