Shelby is the owner of Ever-Evolving Wellness LLC in Cincinnati, OH. She specializes in conducting workshops and presentations that show the connection between personal and professional well-being. One of her new workshops dives into a topic that many professionals have previously experienced or currently are - Narcissism in the Workplace. After experiencing her own occurrences from colleagues and leadership, she researched and found that there's an increasing number of professionals who've been treated badly due to narcissistic behaviors at work. In this workshop, she outlines what these behaviors can look like through examples, healthy ways to cope and the opportunity to check-in with self to ensure you're not projecting the same things.
