Dr. Cortha shares her journey to opening a Kumon learning center, earning a doctorate, and pivoting into work that aligns with her purpose. They discuss themes of saying no, eldest-daughter pressure, reframing failure as growth, building community support, and giving yourself permission to prioritize joy and rest.
