After discussing the history and background of Progressivism and the Democratic party, their existing laws that are still active today are still putting certain racial groups at a disadvantage. Whether it was education reform, segregation, or even civil rights, the foundation of progressive policy has always been to divide and hold back certain racial groups from becoming successful.
