In Lauren’s journey to success, she navigated shame, sexual assault, and mental health challenges like depression and agoraphobia - all of which she now speaks of from a place of confidence, grace and power.
Lauren's journey took her from Catholic school to the psych ward all before age twenty. She shares about the shame and stigma of pursuing divorce upon discovering, at age 21, that she was married to an addict. Facing a dark night of the soul, Lauren learned to listen to and cultivate the whispers of intuition that now guide her path. Starting over at 26, she abandoned a career in network news to pursue her dream of sharing her story with the world via blogging and digital communications.
