Working in multiple bins is the key to success. If any of you out there own bins which i’m sure you all do then most of you should already know this. But whether or not you actually fully realize and practice this is another thing.
When you organize your living space and you’re cleaning things up and putting things away that you store in a closet, empty room, attic, shed or other storage area you likely store those things in there in bins. That’s because if you left your stuff lying around everywhere it would be a huge mess. Obviously.
And so by using bins you achieve success in storing your things effectively. Now what I want you to do is break down the tasks that you do everyday or just tasks that you do whenever they come up into bins as well. But not real bins I mean mental bins. You need to do this because if what you’re doing gets complicated with multiple steps it can become very easy to get lost and confused and make a big mess of things.
So by organizing what you need to do into bins you can easily step back and understand what you have to do instead of stepping back and seeing a million things you see 5 things. So remember to use bins as much as you can and success will be yours.
