Caradh is a multi sport athlete, competing at the highest level in both karate and kickboxing. Caradh has collected many World, European and Irish Open titles. She is currently hoping to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics in 2020 and today I chat to her about her journey to this point as well as her goals going forward.
