My love, when we are going through our sadness, grief, and pain we are never alone.
I am here today to take you with me on the journey of healing your pain.
As I am sitting here, 8 days after my dearest grandma transitioning, I know I am not the only one who had someone loved one departed.
Sharing with you today some things that are helping me on my own healing journey with grief.
- Remember the good
It is so easy to remember the pain, suffering or unexpected loss of our loved ones from this physical world.
What I am inviting you today is to focus on the good, the memories that will your heart with joy.
- Why is this better?
It might sound crazy, yet, is it possible that your loved one departing can create a positive ripple effect?
Is it possible that them departing created possibilities even more powerful, stronger and life-changing for you or others?
- How can you soothe yourself?
This emotional roller coaster can be challenging for your body, mind and heart.
It can make you question things and even your beliefs.
How can you honor where you are, who you are and your needs?
- What are the things you used to do together you can now do by yourself?
I used to call my grandma every single day. No matter what. Sometimes even twice.
She is my Babygirl, my best friend, my free psychologist.
Now that I can’t call her by phone in this physical world, I asked myself how can I still communicate with her.
So I started to write letters to her in a journal.
Ask yourself, what is that you used to do together you can do now alone?
- Who can you talk to?
Remember my love, you are never alone nor will be.
We get to ask those we love and trust for support.
They love supporting us and we deserve to receive this support.
I love you, I see you and I receive you my love!
