I also remind you why fear is not the way to rise above the challenges we face, and suggest ways to connect to our Inner Being as well as things we can do to take advantage of this time, ways to make Positive strides in the face of adversity.

It's kinda like a cellphone call to your Inner Self, your inner Guidance.
