I admit it. Every last bit of energy that my body will allow has been spent outdoors. I have always loved the fall and especially the upcoming winter season. I admit it. Yes, I totally admit it. The energy that my body allows has been spent doing what I love. Enjoying the great outdoors. Taking in every last minute possible of the fall season.

My advice...

Life is short. Those health scares. Those health concerns. They should be your wake-up call. A valid reminder that life is short.
