Junk Food, Junk Thoughts / Dustin Bates

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to choose junk food over a healthier option? Like, everyone would rather icecream over a salad. But we all also know that junk food eventually will lead us to negative consequences.

Our thoughts are similar. Even though we know negative and "junk" thoughts are not good for us, we can easily choose them over healthier ones. This week, Pastor Dustin shares how scripture show us to “Take Captive” these junk thoughts and take back out minds.
