This week on It’s Your Ego—Stupid!, Dr. Nick will be discussing ego medicine and how it can be used by ourselves to bring into balance one’s ego energy when it has become unhealthy in its power, flexibility, or vulnerability. We will be looking specifically at the three contributors to ego medicine which includes knowing what ego is, tuning into one’s ego energy, and replacing ego-rooted non-reality based thoughts (we often don’t know we’re thinking) with those which are reality based.
I will be sharing lots of insights I have learned from people about each of these contributors. Also, I will be sharing lots of examples of what intelligent, spiritual, and imperfect people often think when they are experiencing thoughts reflective of lower or higher ego power, flexibility, or vulnerability. The kinds of thoughts which are seeping into additional thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impacting important chapters of their life’s story and weakening its quality—humanly and spiritually.
