Governor Kay Ivey Orders all flags at half-staff in honor of a fallen Auburn police officer and signs the abortion ban into law.  Pennsylvania lawmaker Brian Sims apologizes to Planned Parenthood not the elderly women and teenage girls he harassed.  Alabama breaks it's record on adoptions.  Democrat President Pete Buttigeig says he's in favor of all abortion, including late-term abortion.
