Simon Bennett is best known in Edmonton for his premier health, wellness, and training facilities operating under the Body by Bennett banner. Being the longtime Director of High Performance for the Edmonton Oilers put him on the cutting edge of the performance field. While working with top athletic performers, Simon began to conceptualize a way to deliver the same care and expertise to people outside of the world of professional sports. The culmination of this planning, along with decades of experience, is coming together in his new facility, Archetype, opening August 2019 in Ice District. On the podcast we discuss how the physiological, psychological, and philosophical are sewn together to lead to a high performance lifestyle.
