Nadia Ali went from obese, depressed, and riddled with health issues at 17 to happy, healthy, and whole at 31. The journey was long, hard, and sometimes plain scary.
When she found herself losing weight she also still found that the insecure, people-pleasing, lost, and confused girl still remained! She developed skin problems, digestive problems, and, obviously, a very unhealthy relationship with food. When she finally got her health on the right track, she discovered that the root of all of these mental, physical, and emotional issues stemmed from her lack of understanding of energy, nutrition, exercise, and health in general.
Her mission now as a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and sports nutritionist is to help people fast-track your success to optimal health in body, mind, and spirit.
