Part 1 - Neville James engages Executive Director Raymond Williams from the Virgin Islands Lottery regarding the cyber security attack on the VI Lottery on January 16, and the indefinite suspension of the drawing scheduled for January 18.  Neville then reflects on agriculture, agrifest, and the evolution of agriculture in the Virgin Islands.  Neville then engages with Karl Knight, Chief of Staff to the Honorable Governor Albert Bryan in a discussion in anticipation of the upcoming State of the Territory address.
