In this episode I am joined by Melissa and Lee of Frame Fitness, the first at-home, digitally-connected pilates reformer. The husband-and-wife team behind the at-home, digitally-connected Pilates reformer combines Melissa’s success and knowledge in the Pilates space and Lee’s entrepreneurial spirit.

The at-home fitness space was already growing rapidly and with the quick acceleration of the need for at-home fitness options, they knew there would be a greater demand for digitally-connected Pilates and got to work. Launching into a new entrepreneurial endeavor together, the couple found that the global Pilates & Yoga studios market size is projected to reach $215.8B by 2025.
