To know or not to know

How do we know what we know? Recently, I was challenged to state the source of my information: what model was I following? I said: I just know; it comes from the Source. They insisted: But does the information exist on Goggle? No, probably not but I trust my intuition and it's true for me. True knowledge comes from mystery not from the head or internet!
