This week I am highlighting some of the pitfalls of the pursuit for happiness, it’s what I call the Happiness Trap. Typically this is the perpetual pursuit of external pleasures that leads us away from the true source of inner happiness that sustains us through all the ups and downs of life. I realised afterwards that I had repeated the word Happiness a number of times on that podcast and I think it needs some qualifying.

So on this podcast, we will explore the Happiness Trap, how to avoid it and how to envision your way towards a better future without falling down that hole.
